R E S O L U T I O N

                     WHEREAS, Old McHenry Rd. (County Highway 32) is a designated route on the county highway system; and

                     WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the safety and welfare of the motoring public if Old McHenry Rd. from US Rte. 12 to Midlothian Rd. is resurfaced; and 

                     WHEREAS, plans, specifications and estimates of cost for this improvement have been completed and this improvement is now ready to proceed to contract letting.

                     WHEREAS, before a construction letting can be held, an appropriation of funds is needed.

                     NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that there is hereby appropriated $2,670,000 of Matching Tax funds for the resurfacing of Old McHenry Rd. from US Rte. 12 to Midlothian Rd. and designated as Section 10-00085-08-RS.
