                     WHEREAS, the term of Richard Faro as a member of the Southlake Mosquito Abatement District has expired; and

                     WHEREAS, it is the request of your Chairman that Richard Faro be reappointed as a member of the Southlake Mosquito Abatement District for a term ending December 10, 2012.

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Richard Faro as a member of the Southlake Mosquito Abatement District for a term ending December 10, 2012 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
