•                     The corrugated culvert pipe beneath Grass Lake Road for the Sun Lake drain is at the end of its useful service.  

•                     Before a project letting can be held, an appropriation of $160,000 of County Bridge Tax funds is necessary. 

Body

                     WHEREAS, Grass Lake Road (County Highway 18) is a designate route on the county highway system; and

                     WHEREAS, there is a culvert pipe beneath Grass Lake Road at the location of Sun Lake drain; and

                      WHEREAS, said culvert pipe is at the end of its useful service life and is in need of replacement; and 

                     NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that there is hereby appropriated $160,000 of County Bridge Tax funds for the above-said replacement of the corrugated culvert pipe beneath Grass Lake Road for the Sun Lake drain and designated as Section 07-00075-13-DR.
