RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the terms of Ann Maine, Paras Parekh, Timothy Sashko, and Nicholas Soulakis as members of the Lake County Board of Health expire on June 30, 2024; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointments of Ann Maine, Paras Parekh, Timothy Sashko, and Nicholas Soulakis as members of the Lake County Board of Health for terms beginning on July 1, 2024, and ending on June 30, 2027.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointments of Ann Maine, Paras Parekh, Timothy Sashko, and Nicholas Soulakis as members of the Lake County Board of Health for terms beginning on July 1, 2024, and ending on June 30, 2027, be, and the same are hereby confirmed.
