· These projects and interest were not included in the FY 2013 budget.
· Without this action, these projects and interest earned will not have the budget authority required.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, as part of the budget preparation for FY 2013, and as part of the year end activities for FY 2012, certain projects have been identified in the FY 2012 budget that, for a variety of reasons, were not completed by the end of the fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, as part of the budget preparation for FY 2013, and as part of the year end activities for FY 2012, the interest earned has been identified; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the FY 2013 budget to re-authorize the associated budgets for the previously approved projects, and appropriate the interest earned.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that emergency appropriations for FY 2013 in the Division of Transportation bond construction funds for projects previously approved, and for interest earned in 2012, are hereby authorized as detailed in the attached listing, which is hereby made a part of this resolution.
