WHEREAS Requests for Proposals were called for by publication of Lease of County Property for Farming for Lake County; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to said publication Request for Proposals were extended to eight vendors; and
WHEREAS, sealed proposals were received from two vendors and opened in the County Building, Waukegan, Illinois on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at 2:00 p.m.
WHEREAS, Patrick Kuebker, Gurnee, IL submitted the most favorable proposal to Lake County and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Chairman of the Board is hereby directed to enter into a lease with Patrick Kuebker, Gurnee, IL in the amount of $8,100 at the rate of $162 per acre for a one -year period for the Lease of County Property for Farming; and requests its adoption
