RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the term of Andrea Hess as a member of the Ethics Commission of Lake County expired on August 8, 2026; and
WHEREAS, on January 17, 2023, this County Board amended the Lake County Ethics & Oversight Code to transfer Code responsibilities and authorities from the dissolved Ethics and Oversight Committee to the Financial and Administrative Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Financial & Administrative Committee requests that Andrea Hess be reappointed to the Ethics Commission of Lake County for a term beginning immediately and ending on November 9, 2029.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Andrea Hess as a member of the Ethics Commission of Lake County for a term beginning immediately and ending on November 9, 2029, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
