WHEREAS, the term of Timothy Gertz as a member of the Wauconda Fire Protection District has expired; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Timothy Gertz as a member of the Wauconda Fire Protection District for term beginning on Monday, May 1, 2023, and ending on Sunday, May 3, 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Timothy Gertz as a member of the Wauconda Fire Protection District for term beginning on Monday, May 1, 2023, and ending on Sunday, May 3, 2026, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
