RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Member Casey Cesnovar of the Lake County Board of Health has resigned effective May 23, 2023; and

WHEREAS, the resignation of Member Casey Cesnovar creates a vacancy on the Lake County Board of Health; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Nicholas Soulakis as a member of the Lake County Board of Health, to complete the remaining term of this vacancy, ending June 30, 2024.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Nicholas Soulakis as a member of the Lake County Board of Health for a term beginning immediately and ending June 30, 2024, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
