WHEREAS there now exists a vacancy as the Director of the Solid Waste Agency of Lake County (SWALCO); and
WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Diana O’Kelly as the Director of the Solid Waste Agency of Lake County to fill the unexpired term of Bob Powers ending April 30, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County,
Illinois, that the appointment of Diana O’Kelly as the Director of the Solid Waste Agency of Lake County for a term ending April 30, 2009, or until her successor shall have been duly
appointed and qualified be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
