Staff Summary
• HUD requires the submission of an Annual Action Plan (AAP) and associated amendments to govern expenditure of federal housing and community development funding for each program.
• The second amendment to the PY26 AAP makes the following changes:
o Allocation of $200,000 of CDBG to Lake County Community Development to complete HVAC improvements and environmental mitigation at income eligible affordable rental properties.
