R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board and the Waukegan Township Road District Highway Commissioner, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for hot-mix asphalt surface course overlay on various roads in the Waukegan Township Road District, and designated as Section 13-16114-01-GM; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on March 19, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois, a tabulation of said bids being as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that a contract be awarded to said Peter Baker & Son Company, Lake Bluff, Illinois, in accordance with their bid of $31,013.35 based on estimated quantities...
