· This intersection improvement is included in the 2010 Program and the acquisition of easements are underway.
· Before a project letting can be held an appropriation of $1,230,000 of Matching Tax funds and $500,000 of County Bridge Tax funds are necessary.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Hunt Club Road (County Highway 95) is a designated route on the county highway system; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the safety and welfare of the motoring public if the intersection of Hunt Club Road at Stearns School Road (County Highway 74) could be improved by realigning, widening, and the upgrade of permanent traffic control signals; and
WHEREAS, plans, specifications and estimates of costs for this improvement have been completed and this improvement is now ready to proceed to contract letting; and
WHEREAS, before a construction letting can be held an appropriation of funds is needed; and
WHEREAS, Lake County by and through its Division of Transportation is acquiring various easements for said reconstruction of Hunt Club Road at Stearns School Road.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that there is hereby appropriated $1,230,000 of Matching Tax funds and $500,000 of County Bridge Tax funds for the intersection improvement at Hunt Club Road and Stearns School Road and $20,000 of Matching Tax funds for the acquisition of easements and designated as Section 08-00195-15-CH.
