RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the unexpected passing of Amos Monk, a 21-year member of the Lake County Public Water District, creates a vacancy; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Walter Torres as a member of the Public Water District for a term beginning immediately and ending on May 1, 2028.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Walter Torres as a member of the Lake County Public Water District for a term beginning immediately and ending on May 1, 2028, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
