WHEREAS, the Special Service Area 12 was created by the Homeowners Association of the Woods of Ivanhoe to levy a tax to pay for road services. They did not submit the bills from 2008 until 2009. The 2008 bills were paid in 2009 and as a result have insufficient budget to pay the 2009 bills that should properly be charged to the 2009 fiscal year.
WHEREAS, there are sufficient balances from 2008 remaining in fund 276 to support an emergency appropriation. They have no further bills for this fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that an emergency appropriation is hereby approved as follows:
