RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the ICJIA has announced the continuation of a 12-month grant in the amount of $150,000 in federal funds for the State's Attorney's Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Prosecution program to provide concentration on convictions of drug related cases and offenders; and

WHEREAS, the grant program will fund a portion of the salaries for one division chief, one assistant state's attorney and one investigator in the gang/narcotics prosecutions division; and
