RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the terms of Deborah Balma and Helen Hammond Redding as members of the Ethics Commission of Lake County expired on August 8, 2026; and
WHEREAS, on January 17, 2023, this County Board amended the Lake County Ethics & Oversight Code to transfer Code responsibilities and authorities from the dissolved Ethics and Oversight Committee to the Financial and Administrative Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Financial & Administrative Committee requests that Daniel Kuznetsky and Lindsey Nemcek be appointed to the Ethics Commission of Lake County for terms beginning immediately and ending on November 9, 2029.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointments of Daniel Kuznetsky and Lindsey Nemcek as members of the Ethics Commission of Lake County for terms beginning immediately and ending on November 9, 2029, be, and the same are hereby confirmed.
