RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, due to the resignation of Geetha Sivasubramanian, there now exists a vacancy on the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Mukesh Chaudhry, M.D. as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board to fill the remainder of the vacancy with a term ending on Wednesday, June 30, 2021.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Mukesh Chaudhry, M.D. as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board for a term ending on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
