The Clinical Risk and Patient Safety Management Plan is designed to support the mission and vision of the Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center as it pertains to clinical risk and patient safety. It addresses clinical operational and patient safety risks, as well as visitor, third party, volunteer, and employee safety risks; and potential business, operational, and property risks. This plan is an overarching, conceptual framework that guides the development of our clinical risk and patient safety management initiatives and activities.

To review and approve the LCHD/CHC Clinical Risk and Patient Safety Management Plan as presented.
