                     Quentin Road at Rand Road, Intersection Improvement: Developer Donation

                     Heidner Properties is developing properties adjacent to the intersection of Quentin Road at US Rte 12, which requires some developer constructed improvements on Quentin Rd.

                     The required developer constructed improvements will have more value to the users of Quentin Rd if they are made a part of the upcoming County improvement of the intersection of Quentin Rd and Rand Rd.

                     The Lake County Highway Access Regulation Ordinance, under Sections 4.6.1A and 4.6.1C, provides for this opportunity via approval of the Public Works and Transportation Committee.

                     The calculated amount of the donation is $263,411, to be deposited with the County Treasurer via a wire transfer from Fifth Third Bank c/o Heidner Properties and designated as Section 02-00051-08-WR.
