• The Lake County Highway Access Regulation Ordinance, under Sections 4.6.1A and 4.6.1C, provides for this opportunity via approval of the Public Works and Transportation Committee.
• The calculated amount of the donation is $263,411, to be deposited with the County Treasurer via a wire transfer from Fifth Third Bank c/o Heidner Properties and designated as Section 02-00051-08-WR.
