Ordinance providing for the appointment of Craig Taylor as Alternate Director of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency.

ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the Illinois Compiled Statues requires that the Director and Alternate Director of any joint action water agency must be appointed by Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, by the terms of an Ordinance approving the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency and the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency Agreement, it is necessary to appoint a Director and to appoint an Alternate Director to serve said Agency as representatives of Lake County.
WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy for an Alternate Director of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Craig Taylor is hereby appointed to serve as Alternate Director of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency for a term ending April 30, 2019, as set forth in the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency Agreement.
