Resolution recommending the appointment of Aaron Lawlor as a member of the Lake County Board, representing District 18, and as a member of the Planning, Building and Zoning Committee and the Law and Judicial Committee.

Body

WHEREAS, due to the resignation of Pamela Newton, there now exists a vacancy in the District 18 County Board seat; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman recommends Aaron Lawlor be appointed to represent the county's 18^th District on the County Board; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 5/25-11 of the Election Code, Aaron Lawlor shall serve until the next general election at which time the office shall be filled by election for the remainder of the four year term; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman also recommends the appointment of Aaron Lawlor to fill the vacancy on the Planning, Building and Zoning Committee and the Law and Judicial Committee.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Aaron Lawlor is hereby appointed as the District 18 representative on the Lake County Board, and as a member of the Planning, Building and Zoning Committee and the Law and Judicial Committee.
