WHEREAS, the term of Stuart Zwang has expired on the Lake County Affordable Housing Commission, and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Stuart Zwang, as a Member of the Lake County Affordable Housing Commission for a term ending November 30, 2010. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Stuart Zwang as a Member of the Lake County Affordable Housing Commission be, and the same is hereby confirmed, for a term ending November 30, 2010, or until his successor shall have been duly appointed and qualified.
