Body

WHEREAS, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has awarded $64,465 more than anticipated from the PY2012 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG); and

WHEREAS, the Community Development Commission recommended on February 27, 2013 that funds be awarded to Catholic Charities' Homeless Prevention Program.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Lake County Board Chairman or his designee is hereby authorized to execute the necessary documents to administer the PY2012 ESG program, including subrecipient agreements; and
