WHEREAS, James Railhle will not seek reappointment on the Lakes Region Sanitary District; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Gary Gramhofer as a member of the Lakes Region Sanitary District for a term ending May 6, 2019.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Gary Gramhofer as a member of the Lakes Region Sanitary District for a term ending May 6, 2019 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
