Body
WHEREAS, the Teamsters Local Union No. 714 has been recognized as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for Correctional Division Sergeants employees of the Lake County Sheriff’s Office; and
WHEREAS, a Collective Bargaining Agreement has been negotiated with the Teamsters Local Union No. 714, as the exclusive representative of the Correctional Division Sergeants employees of the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, consistent with the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act; and
WHEREAS, your Law and Judicial and Financial and Administrative Committees have reviewed and approved said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this the County Board of Lake County, that the Chairman of the Board and the Sheriff are hereby authorized to sign the Collective Bargaining Agreement attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Agreement shall be effective from December 1, 2007 through November 30, 2010
