                     WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy for an Alternate Member of the Lake County Stormwater Management Commission; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Melinda Bush as an Alternate Member of the Lake County Stormwater Management Commission for a term ending January 12, 2010.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County,
