WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the West Skokie Drainage District and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Philip D. York as a Member of the West Skokie Drainage District for a term ending September 7, 2010.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Philip D. York for a term ending September 7, 2010 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
