* This contract shall be in effect for a two-year period from the date of award. Lake County reserves the right to renew this contract for three additional one-year period(s), subject to acceptable performance.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the County of Lake (County) operates a Department of Public Works requiring printing and mailing services for utility bills; and
WHEREAS, the County is desirous to enter into an all-inclusive contract with a vendor for services including, but not limited to, printing, folding, and mailing of utility bills and late notices; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, an invitation to bid was issued; and
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received from 10 vendors ranging from $144,910 to $415,593.57 and Matrix Imaging Solutions, LLC, is the lowest responsive, responsible bidder who best meets the needs of the County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract with Matrix Imaging Solutions, LLC, of Coppell, Texas, in the amount of $144,910 for the utility bill printing...
