RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Anthony Baillie has resigned from the Public Water District; and

WHEREAS, Anthony Baillie’s resignation creates a vacancy in the Public Water District; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Suriyya Latif as a member of the Public Water District for the remainder of the vacated term beginning on August 8, 2023, and ending on May 1, 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Suriyya Latif as a member of the Public Water District for the remainder of the vacated term beginning on August 8, 2023, and ending on May 1, 2026, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
