· These resurfacing improvements have been identified within the County’s pavement management system and are included in the 2013 program.
· A total of four bids were received, ranging from $2,311,530.15 to $2,889,188.38, and the lowest responsible bidder is Peter Baker and Son Company, Lake Bluff, Illinois, with a contract amount of $2,311,530.15.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the resurfacing of Sunset Avenue, Golf Road and Greenwood Avenue, and designated as Section 12-00108-05-RS; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication calling for said bid, sealed bids were received and opened on December 18, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
