                     Rollins Road at Squaw Creek Bridge Rail Repair: Construction Appropriation.

                     This improvement is included in the 2012 Program.

                     Before a project letting can be held, an appropriation of $290,000 of County Bridge Tax funds is necessary.

R E S O L U T I O N

 

WHEREAS, Rollins Road (County Highway 31), is a designated route on the County highway system; and

 

WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the safety and welfare of the motoring public if Rollins Road at Squaw Creek Bridge could be improved by reinstallation of two aluminum bridge railings and one aluminum bicycle railing; and

 

WHEREAS, plans, specifications and estimates of costs for this improvement have been completed and this improvement is now ready to proceed to contract letting; and

 

WHEREAS, before a construction letting can be held, an appropriation of funds is needed.

 

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated $290,000 of County Bridge Tax funds for the reinstallation of two aluminum bridge railings and one aluminum bicycle railing on the Squaw Creek Bridge located on Rollins Road and designated as Section 10-00080-57-BR.
