R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Lake County, by and through its Division of Transportation, maintains and operates the TMC and Lake County PASSAGE; and
WHEREAS, the current video wall display and servers in the TMC for Lake County PASSAGE are seven years old, are failing, and must be replaced; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the safety and welfare of the motoring public if the video wall and servers in the TMC for Lake County PASSAGE are upgraded and replaced; and
WHEREAS, the upgrade and replacement of the current video wall will require some construction work in the TMC.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated $900,000 of ¼% Sales Tax for Public Safety and Transportation funds for the upgrade and replacement of the video wall in the TMC for Lake County PASSAGE, including any associated construction, and designated as Section 12-00268-11-TL.
