The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services additional payments for FQHC Medicaid match MCO adjustment for January 1, 2013-December 31, 2016 in the amount of $3,283,760. This was received and with approval, this amount will be appropriated in LCFY18. Funds will be used for the following:
• Annex - Renovation to accommodate 25 Patient Access Center (PAC) employees (interior/exterior w/furniture) - $300,000
• Belvidere Medical Building - Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning refurbishment - $406,260
• Belvidere Medical Building - Fan coils removed and replaced - $250,000
• Belvidere Medical Building - Interior/exterior cameras for environmental and safety measures - $20,000
• Grand Avenue Campus - Parking lot expansion - $500,000
• 3010 Grand - Clinical Operations Behavioral Health 1st floor intake area remodel - $1,101,000
• Five Clinics - Back-up generators for vaccine storage/refrigeration - $113,500
• Midlakes Clinic - Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning updates with focus on humidity issues for dental laboratories - $148,000
• North Chicago Clinic - Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning updates with focus on humidity issues for dental laboratories - $258,500
• North Shore Clinic - Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning updates with focus on humidity issues for dental laboratories - $136,500
• Three Behavioral Health Facilities - Ligature replacement for client safety per Joint Commission - $50,000

To approve the additional funding of $3,283,760 from the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services, to be appropriated in LCFY18.
