                                          WHEREAS, Cornerstone National Bank & Trust Company, Palatine, IL, has expressed an interest in becoming a depository for County funds; and

                                          WHEREAS, the current list of depositories was approved by this Lake County Board by Resolution on March 10, 2009; and

                                          WHEREAS, Cornerstone National Bank & Trust Company has submitted a copy of its financial statement for the quarter ending December 31, 2008;

           NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the list of depositories approved by the Lake County Board on March 10, 2009, be and is hereby amended to include Cornerstone National Bank & Trust Company.
