RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the current contract for Legal Publications for the Law Library is expiring; and
WHEREAS, this resolution authorizes a five-year contract with West Publishing for Legal Publications for the Law Library; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33.115 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, Cooperative Purchasing, Lake County may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement for the procurement of goods with one or more public procurement units in accordance with an agreement entered between the participants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County,
Illinois, that the Purchasing Agent is authorized to enter into a contract with West Publishing Corporation, of Eagan, Minnesota in the annual amount of $125,004 with 4% annual increases thereafter for Legal Publications for the Law Library.
