R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board and the Libertyville Township Road District Highway Commissioner, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for bituminous pavement removal, patching, and resurfacing on various roads in the Forest Haven Subdivision and Technology Way, in Libertyville Township Road District, and designated as Section 12-10114-02-GM; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on March 20, 2012, at 10:00 A.M., at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:

WHEREAS, the Public Works and Transportation Committee, the County Engineer, and the Purchasing Director have examined each bid, and it appears that the lowest responsible bidder is Peter Baker & Son Company, Lake Bluff, Illinois, their bid being $336,268.31 based on estimated quantities and unit prices; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY this Lake County Board, that a contract be awarded to said, Peter Baker & Son Company, Lake Bluff, Illinois, in accordance with their bid being $336,268.31...
