WHEREAS, Gartner, Inc. is a leading technology research and consulting company that provides expert guidance and object insight to support mission-critical strategy; and

WHEREAS, Enterprise IT utilizes Gartner, Inc. for unbiased third-party validation of strategic direction, standard practices tool selection and contract terms among other things; and
