RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the existing folder inserting system is at the end of its useful life and is in need of replacement; and

WHEREAS, folder inserting systems expedite the mailing process and eliminate costly delays due to manual errors; and

WHEREAS, folder inserting systems are critical for Lake County to send timely mass mailings for elections, assessment notices, and more; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 33.115 of the County's Purchasing Ordinance, Cooperative Joint Purchasing Authorized, the County may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement for the procurement of goods, services, construction, or professional services with one or more public procurement units in accordance with an agreement entered into between the participants; and
