RESOLUTION

 

WHEREAS, the term of Michael Ruchti as a member of the Public Water District expired on May 1, 2025; and

 

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Michael Ruchti as a member of the Public Water District for a term beginning immediately and ending on May 5, 2030.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Michael Ruchti as a member of the Public Water District for a term beginning immediately and ending on May 5, 2030, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
