WHEREAS, the term of Fred Loffredo as a member of the Fox Lake Fire Protection District has expired; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Fred Loffredo as a member of the Fox Lake Fire Protection District for a term ending May 4, 2009

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Fred Loffredo is hereby reappointed as a member of the Fox Lake Fire Protection District.
