R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, this County Board of Lake County, Illinois by prior resolution at its meeting of September 9, 2008, appropriated $72,000 of Matching Tax funds for Stage IIb (IL Rte. 120 to 175 feet south of Heritage Trail) of the Hainesville Road Bike Path and designated as Section 08-00072-11-BT; and
WHEREAS, it is desired to realign the route of the proposed bike path and avoid the need for a permanent easement from a private owner, and
WHEREAS, a supplemental appropriation of funds is necessary for the design engineering for the above described change of above-said improvement; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that there is hereby appropriated $10,000 of Matching Tax Funds for the design engineering of the Hainesville Road Bike Path (Stage IIb) and designated as Section 08-00072-11-BT.
