Adoption of Diversity Policy - Nordstrom

In April, 2006 the Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center developed a Diversity Committee. This committee is comprised of a diverse selection of 20 employees.
As an agency, we value diversity and recognize the potential of every employee being able to
work together to achieve the maximum results for our organization and themselves.
We developed this policy to provide awareness amongst all staff and to demonstrate our
commitment to treating everyone with fairness and respect.
Suggested Motion
To approve the addition of the Diversity Policy section 2-19 to Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center’s Personnel Policies and Procedures.
