R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, Wilson Road, County Highway 7, is a designated route on the County highway system; and

WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the motoring public if Wilson Road, at the intersection of Nippersink Road, could be improved with the installation of traffic signals, retaining walls, bike path, left turn lane on all four legs and compensatory storage for storm water; and

WHEREAS, it is advisable that a firm be employed to provide professional services for the phase II design engineering; and

WHEREAS, Lake County, by and through its Division of Transportation, has selected a professional engineering services firm, TranSystems Corporation, Schaumburg, Illinois, in accordance with the Local ...
