(JULIE) ticket screening and locating of Lake County Division of Transportation (LCDOT) storm sewers for excavator dig requests, for various County highways, and appropriating $200,000 of 1/4% Sales Tax for Transportation funds[CM1][CM2].

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the Purchasing Agent heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the storm sewer locates and ticket screening services required for the Lake County Division of Transportation to comply with "The Illinois Underground Utility Facilities Damage Prevention Act" (i.e., JULIE) and designated as Section 21-00000-09-GM; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on January 5, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at the Lake County Government Office in Waukegan, Illinois, a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
