WHEREAS, the term of James Cunningham as a member of the West Skokie Drainage District has expired; and
WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of James Cunningham as a member of the West Skokie Drainage District for a term ending September 4, 2012. His appointment expired in 2006, he served 2006 thru 2009, because no successor was appointed, he is hereby appointed to complete the term of September 4, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of James Cunningham as a member of the West Skokie Drainage District for a term ending September 4, 2012 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
