•                     The County authorized a parameters Ordinance for the issuance and sale of $20,000,000 Water and Sewer System Revenue Bonds, Series A of 2010 on August 10, 2010.

•                     The bond sale is scheduled to occur on September 13, 2010, at which time designated officials authorized and approved the sale per the parameters Ordinance.
