WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the Acting County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, to provide for the ITS Phase III expansion project, and designated as Section 09-00268-08-TL and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on June 19, 2012, at 10:00 A.M., at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois, a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
