RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Dilleys Road, County Highway 15, is a designated route on the County highway system; and

WHEREAS, Lake County believes it would beneficial for the safety and welfare of the traveling public to repair the Dilleys Road Bridge over Mill Creek; and

WHEREAS, Phase II design engineering services are required to develop plans and specifications for this bridge repair; and

WHEREAS, it is recommended that a consultant engineering firm be employed to provide professional engineering services for the replacement of the Dilleys Road bridge deck, deck beams, and other maintenance and repair work on said bridge; and
