ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, Special Service Area (SSA) Number 18 was established by the Lake County Board on October 13, 2026; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance stated that a levy for taxes on an ad valorem basis, and at a rate in the first year sufficient to generate $60,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that there be and there is levied upon all of the taxable property in said SSA Number Eighteen, in addition to all other taxes, a direct tax of $60,000 for tax year 2026 collected during calendar year 2027.
